Louis Bever is a photographer based in Manchester.

After being given a film camera when I was 15 from Grandfather, I enjoyed documenting my military upbringing being brought up in: Germany, Northern Ireland, France and Italy. From shooting my friends skating around Paris, my trips to Morocco, fashion editorials in London, series encouraging more men to talk about their mental health to walking in the British countryside.

Whilst studying law at university, I decided to create, organise and shoot editorials and personal series to help me relax from the legal world.

I am now studying a Masters of Photography at Manchester School of Art. Here I can really delve into developing and scanning my own work. Something that I feel is the most significant part of my process as a photographer.
